We are manufacturer andf most orders ships directly from GC-Artis workshop which is located in Ukraine (Eastern Europe) but some best sellers - from our whorehause located in US, FL.

We provide Worldwide shipping:

Europe (DDU): 7-10 business days

USA (DDP): 7-12 business days 

Canada and most other countries (DDU): 10-18 business days 

AU & Oceania (DDU): 2-3 week

* DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) - sender takes care of paying the Duty fee 

* DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) - recipient responsible of paying the Duty fee 

 

How are you? Is it safe to order from Ukraine?

Our workshop is located in the safe region - western part of the country

We're in business, and there are no problems shipping from Ukraine

What is the order processing time?

Typically, orders are processed within 1 business day

During peak times, such as after holidays or weekends, this may extend to 2 business days.

For orders requiring customization, please allow an additional 1-3 days for completion.

 Do you offer expedited shipping for an additional fee?

No. We offer the fastest shipping method as a standard option. 

There is no faster method on the market today.

Last-mile delivery will be handled by one of Nova Poshta's local partners, typically the most reliable and trusted domestic services such as UPS, Amazon Shipping, Ontrac 

Last mile tracking number indicated in the tracking details of the main tracking number

You may get more detailed tracking status at the last stage of delivery using the last mile track number

  • If the number starts with 1Z →  UPS

  • If the number starts with 1LS → OnTrac

  • If the number starts with TBA →  Amazon Shipping

Sometimes we use other shipping methods like DHL, UPS, Fedex as well

Do you offer delivery to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?

We do not send shipments to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses temporary

My package was delayed or lost during delivery. Can you help? 

Statistics for the past three years show that over 95% of our paсkages arrived on time, and less than 0.5% was lost.

Delays do occur, especially during busy seasons, such as holidays, bad weather, natural disasters, or other significant factors that impact logistics.

In any case, do not worry. Delivery is our risk but not yours. And we are ready to help to fix this

If the parcel is not delivered within a reasonable time (7 business days after the estimated delivery terms passed) I’ll assist with opening an investigation claim at the carrier's original website. It’s very helpful usually

In case the search is unsuccessful I will make a refund or re-send your order

The tracking number says the Package delivered but in fact I never receive it

Such cases happen sometimes, often it is just a misunderstanding or a technical error and after some simple steps the parcel was successfully found

Please check it careful: all possible places where the courier could leave a large package (usually it is a safe place at your door like behind a vase with an ornamental tree, under a bench, under a bush, sometimes they can throw it over your fence as well) and also ask every family member or guest in your house who could get it instead of you so as not to get embarrassed after. Additionally, you can ask your neighbors or check the recording of the surveillance camera if available.

If there is no result - please be so kind as to open an investigation on the carrier site immediately and they will try to find your package. This helps if it was mistakenly delivered to a different address or a similar case. As far as I know they take a photo of the door & they must keep the GPS tag point where the package was left. 

Unfortunately, we won't be able to open a case on the shipper end. This option is closed to the sender after the status is Delivered. Therefore, please do it immediately: go to the carrier site, enter the track number and press the suitable button to Open a Claim/Start an investigation

But if they can't find the parcel, the sender will receive compensation for the loss and return the shipping costs we spent and we will send you a replacement or make a full refund.

Hope that your package was not stolen and this is a misunderstanding only and carrier will be able to find your package.
