GC-Artis Walking Sticks Canes creates and ships handcrafted walking canes directly from our workshop in Ukraine (Eastern Europe). We also maintain a stock of some of our best-selling items at our USA warehouse.
A note on safety and reliability: Our workshop is located in a safe western region of Ukraine, far from the conflict zones. We are fully equipped with alternative heating, an autonomous water supply, and solar panels to ensure steady, uninterrupted production. Please don't worry—delivery is our risk, not yours. We guarantee that your package will arrive safely.
We ship worldwide, with most of our customers in the USA, United Kingdom, European Union, Canada and Australia. If you have questions about delivery to a specific country, please contact us before placing your order.
Each cane is made and prepared for shipment with careful quality control and secure packaging.
Order processing time: usually 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays in Ukraine.
If we expect any unusual delay in processing (for example, a large custom order), we will contact you by email.
We use Nova Poshta / NP Global and sometimes UPS (fast and reliable international shipping services) as our primary carrier. These are the fastest shipping methods available on the market – we provide it as a standard option, so no options of shipping upgrade.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
USA: 8–12 business days
United Kingdom & European Union: 7–10 business days
Canada: 10–15 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 2–3 weeks
These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delivery may be faster or slower depending on your local postal service, customs processing and time of year.
All shipments are sent with a tracking number provided. We will send tracking details to your email once your order has been dispatched. Your order will arrive in your country via an international carrier and will then be handed over to a trusted local partner for "last-mile" delivery. Your main tracking details will include a local tracking number.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
destination country;
size and weight of the parcel.
Any shipping promotions (for example, free shipping over a certain amount) will be clearly shown on the product page or at checkout.
For USA Customers (DDP - Delivery Duties Paid): We take care of paying the duty fees. You will not face any extra charges upon delivery.
For Europe, UK, Canada, Australia & Other Countries (DDU - Delivery Duties Unpaid): International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local VAT/GST charged by your country’s customs or tax authority.
These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. The buyer is responsible for paying any customs or import charges that may apply in their country.
We cannot control or predict these fees and are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections. If you are unsure about possible import charges, please contact your local customs office for more information.
Most parcels arrive within the estimated timeframes, but occasional delays can happen due to:
seasonal peaks (especially Christmas and New Year);
local postal overloads or strikes;
severe weather conditions;
extended customs inspections or security checks.
These factors are outside our control. We kindly ask for your patience during busy holiday periods. If your parcel is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
In some situations, a parcel may be returned to us or not delivered, for example:
the recipient does not collect the parcel from the post office or pickup point;
the recipient refuses to pay customs duties, taxes or import fees;
the delivery address is incomplete, incorrect or inaccessible;
local regulations prevent delivery.
If a parcel is returned to us because you refused to pay customs duties or taxes, did not collect it, or provided an incorrect address:
We will treat this as a change-of-mind return once the parcel is safely received back.
Original shipping costs from Ukraine to your country are non-refundable.
We may also deduct from your refund:
the cost of return shipping charged by the carrier, and
any customs, storage or handling fees charged to us in connection with the refused or undeliverable parcel.
If the parcel is destroyed by customs or the carrier because of non-payment of duties, refusal of receipt or failure to collect within the required time, we may not be able to issue a refund, as the goods cannot be returned to us.
These rules do not apply if our own error caused the problem (for example, we used an incorrect address that you did not provide). In such cases, please contact us and we will resolve the issue in line with our Refund & Warranty Policy.
We carefully pack every cane to protect it during transportation. However, in rare cases parcels may be lost or damaged in transit.
If your parcel arrives damaged:
contact us as soon as possible;
provide photos of the damage to the product and packaging;
include your order number and tracking number.
If your parcel appears to be lost (for example, no tracking updates for an extended period), contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
If the parcel is officially confirmed as lost or damaged during delivery, we will offer:
a free replacement (where possible), or
a full refund of the product price (and, where appropriate, shipping costs),
in accordance with our Refund & Warranty Policy.
We accept the following payment methods:
Credit and debit cards (processed through secure payment providers);
PayPal.
All payments are processed securely through trusted payment systems. We do not store full credit card details on our servers.
Prices on the website are shown in the currency indicated at checkout. Your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion fees according to their terms.
Payment is charged at the moment of purchase. Your order will be processed after payment has been successfully completed.
To protect our customers and our workshop from fraudulent orders, we may:
verify orders where billing and shipping addresses do not match;
request additional confirmation (for example, by email or phone) before dispatch;
cancel and refund orders that, in our reasonable judgment, appear to be placed for unauthorized reselling, fraud, or other suspicious activity.
This does not prevent you from sending a gift to another address; it simply allows us to verify unusual cases for security.
